1. Simpliport® 180 Bi-Color Ported Water Gage Glasses & LED Illumination
Simpliport® Boiler Water Level Glass Gages provide reliable direct-reading, bi-color indication up to 3000 PSI (206 Bar). Continuous advancements to the Simpliport design have made them easier to install, easier to maintain and now, much easier to view. Wherever you may be standing within 180° of the Simpliport Wide Angle Hood, you can clearly see the bright red or green indication of steam and water level. You will decrease your exposure time to the boiler environment, while maintaining a crystal clear view of a direct reading gage as required by ASME.
2. Eye-Hye® SmartLevel™ Remote Water Level Indication System
The all new Eye-Hye® SmartLevel™ Boiler Indication System adds patented technology to intelligently monitor the condition of its probes which sense water level in the boiler’s steam drum. When the probes require cleaning to remove residue and mineral build-up to maintain their accuracy, the system’s smart technology unambiguously notifies the control room or other remote locations that a probe column blowdown (cleaning) is necessary. If the blue light on the indicator is illuminated, a blowdown is needed.
Reliance Prismatic (reflex) Gages provide a well defined, distinct image of water level, eliminating reading errors or distortions possible with less effective gage types. Highly versatile, Prismatic Gages are easily installed in vertical or Tiltview ™ Assemblies. In addition, Reliance Prismatic Gages offer the flexibility of combining multiple gage sections to achieve coverage of extended viewing areas.
All Clark-Reliance® water columns and components are designed and manufactured in total compliance with ASME Boiler Code provisions. Of special importance, all steel water columns are welded according to specific ASME code provisions and procedures, Water columns and components such as gages and valves are hydrostatically tested to 150% of design pressure. 7. Levalarms® Low Water Cut-Out and Level Switch Applications
The Clark-Reliance® Levelarm float or probe type units are CSA and FM approved to provide low water cut-out (primary or secondary).
For existing float actuated applications (EA100) Clark-Reliance® provides the Retropak Cap Assembly for float to probe conversion without disturbing existing boiler piping.
