Nationwide Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd, (NOG), with offices in East and West Malaysia specialises in Process & Mechanical Equipment for the Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Chemical, Utilities and Food Beverage Industries. We are also involved in Value-add Equipments Packaging, Maintenance & Repair Services.

We are hiring positive attitude, self-motivated personnel with good communication & interpersonal skill to expand our operations.
1. SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER/EXECUTIVE (E/I)
Location:
  • Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Ex & Industrial electrical products or Process Automation Instrumentation System ( ATG & System Integration).
  • Prepare and conduct effective technical presentations & product demo.
  • Prepare detail competitive proposals.
  • Conduct Market intelligence report on industry/market trend, competitor activity, new projects, customers’ requirements & challenges.
  • Forecast sales activities & revenue achievement for company.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics or equivalent.
  • Proven 3+ years related sales/application experience in related industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of Ex & Industrial electrical equipment and/or instrumentation control system.
  • Willingness to travel all over Malaysia and sometimes overseas.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be an advantage.
2. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
Location:
  • Petaling Jaya.
Role:
  • Response to incoming inquiries.
  • Well verse with Principal product models, specifications & features.
  • Source MRO items required.
  • Generates quotation and processes sales order.
  • Maintain Quotation and Sales report.
  • Follows up on quotations and orders.
  • Arrange appointments with customers/prospect.
  • Deals with complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
  • Maintaining customers’ and principals’ databases.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Science/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ related experience.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas Industry and Autocount ERP is an advantage.
3. LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
Location:
  • Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the logistics operations including shipments planning, transportation and warehousing activities.
  • Manage and plan receiving of goods from supplier and delivery to customer on time.
  • Analysing logistics performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Business Administration/Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ related experience in Logistics or Warehousing administration.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry and knowledge of Incoterms, Autocount or ERP based system will be added advantage.
4. CHARGEMAN AND WIREMAN(LOW VOLTAGE)
Location:
  • Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform low voltage electrical work, both in company's premises and customers sites involving assembly, wiring, installation, testing, commissioning, service & maintenance work, including associated mechanical/civil work, according to approved work specifications, drawings, procedures & regulations.
  • Ensure all work are done safely, and electrical work are done in accordance to Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s regulations and requirement.
  • To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Competence Requirements:
  • Min A0 Certificate (for Chargeman position) and PW4 Certificate (for Wireman position) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • SPM or relevant technical Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 year relevant working experience in electrical wiring, assembly, installation, service & maintenance work.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application.
5. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT & TECHNICIAN
Location:
  • Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical/Instrumentation & associated Mechanical/Civil work in company’s premises and customers sites involving assembly, wiring, installation, service & maintenance work, according to approved work specifications, drawings, procedures & regulations.
  • Technical Assistance shall have to set-up, install, configure/test/commission/service computer based instrumentation & Control system.
  • To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in assembly, wiring, installation & service work, including usage of basic workshop machinery & tools.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas Industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
  • Able to work independently and produce relevant work-related reports.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
  • Technical Assistant position must be able to configure/commission process instrumentation & control system.
