1. CROSSFIRE® Low NOx Burners
MAXON CROSSFIRE® Low NOx Burners comply to the world's toughest air quality standards for NOx and CO by cleanly combusting gaseous fuels. CROSSFIRE® Burners are nozzle-mixing, modular line burners designed for a variety of fresh and re-circulated industrial air process heating applications. The low NOx burner is available in straight, grid, and insert cartridge sections which are used to spread heat across your duct for very uniform temperature distributions.

3. KINEDIZER® Low NOx Burner
The KINEDIZER® Low NOx Burner is a nozzle-mixing medium-velocity design which uses advanced mixing technology. This industrial burner produces low emissions of NOx and CO with very little excess air. The KINEDIZER Low NOx Burner is ruggedly built with a reinforced refractory block and steel burner body and nozzle. This unit burns natural gas, propane or other fuels. The rugged design of this Low NOx burner is ideal for oxidizers, kilns, process heaters, furnaces, and other high-temperature applications.
4. LO-NOX® Line Burner
The MAXON LO-NOX® Line Burner provides direct-fired, in-the-duct, process air heating with greatly reduced generation of NOx. Direct fired LO-NOX® ensures maximum efficiency for sensitive food drying and baking applications. It burns cleanly and efficiently with most low pressure gaseous fuels. The modular burner design ensures excellent temperature uniformity by shaping the burner element to match your specific duct dimensions.
5. M-PAKT® Ultra Low NOx Burners
Typical MAXON quality and reliability is found in the M-PAKT® Ultra Low NOx Burners, which provide the world's lowest levels of NOx and CO. NOx is typically < 9 ppm while CO is maintained < 20 ppm in most applications. The M-PAKT® low NOx burner is suitable for industrial air heating for ovens and dryers for paint finishing, paper making, food baking, textile production, grain drying, and make-up air heating. M-PAKT® burners substantially reduce emissions in oxidizers, incinerators, heat exchangers and process heaters.

8. OXY-THERM® LE Gas or Oil
OXY-THERM® LE Low NOx Burners provide the lowest NOx levels of any oxygen or fuel burner, no matter what the purity levels of the oxygen are. This industrial burner results in NOx levels up to 70% lower than conventional oxy-gas burners and up to 50% lower than conventional oxy-oil burners. OXY-THERM® LE Gas and Oil Burners have significantly improved product quality worldwide while reducing fuel usage and emissions produced per ton of product.
9. OXY-THERM® LEFF Flat Flame LOW NOX
The OXY-THERM® LEFF is a low NOx burner which produces a thin, fan-shaped flame over product loads or baths. This burner is ideal for increased radiant heat transfer profiles. Utilizing patented deep staging technology, this low NOx burner produces extremely low levels of NOx while reducing fuel consumption. Like all the OXY-THERM® industrial burners, the LEFF is maintenance free and requires no cooling water or air. OXY-THERM® LEFF has been successfully used in flat glass furnaces, container glass furnaces, steel reheat furnaces, and a wide variety of other applications.
10. RadMax® Ultra Low NOx Radiant Line Burners
RadMax® Radiant Low NOx Burners are designed to deliver uniform, high intensity radiant energy for moisture removal in textile and paper ovens, powder coating, and paint drying, as well as many pre-heat, plastic forming, annealing and heat treating operations. With innovative ceramic or metal foam tiles, the RadMax® low NOx burner produces low to ultra-low NOx and CO levels for a wide variety of industrial gas burner applications.
11. SLS™ Technology
SLS™ Technology reduces NOx in industrial burners by reducing prompt NOx formation in the reacting flow field. This advanced technology is an innovative method to merge stabilized, lean premix technology with flexible nozzle mix advantages. 12. SMARTFIRE® Intelligent Combustion Control System
SMARTFIRE® Combustion Systems are a turnkey, mass flow air / fuel ratio control system for use with MAXON's natural gas and oxygen fired industrial burners. It is especially designed for use with low-emission applications like our OPTIMA SLS®, KINEDIZER®, CYCLOMAX®, OXY-THERM® burners. This combustion system is comprised of five components that integrate easily with a conventional burner management system and pipe train.
13. SMARTLINK® CV Electronic Valve
A high degree of precision, repeatability, and commissioning flexibility for industrial flow control is found in the MAXON SMARTLINK® Intelligent Valve Actuator Assembly . The compact design of this unit is ruggedly built with FM, CE, and CSA approvals for outdoor, weatherproof installations. The SMARTLINKTM actuator is also FM approved for hazardous area applications in mills, refineries and other plants.
